Keystone Realty USA (http://www.keystonerealtyusa.com), New York’s 100% payout firm, is proud to announce that one of their top producers – Yoshinori Takita – was honored by the Long Island Board of REALTORS Inc. (LIBOR) with the organization’s 2022 REALTOR-Salesperson of the Year distinguished service award.
LIBOR, a 30000-member not-for-profit trade association that serves real estate professionals throughout Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens, bestowed the award upon Takita at their annual Installation and Awards Event held at Oheka Castle in Huntington on January 5, 2023, where they named their leadership board for 2023.
Takita, a Keystone Realty USA employee for eight (8) years, was lauded for his high volume of sales over the previous year, his extensive industry knowledge, and strong customer service ethic, decisively edging out numerous other nominees in his field for LIBOR’s distinguished service award for REALTOR-Salesperson of the Year.
Takita was accompanied to the event by his wife, Winnie, and son, Tomoyoshi.
“This award is not about how many transactions I closed, or how much I earned, but how much I contributed to our community, and to our industry, by representing the Realtor brand around the world,” he said. “I represent the National Association of Realtors (NAR), which has 1.5 million members, making it the largest trade organization in the world with partnerships with over 110 real estate associations outside of the United States over 77 counties.”
“For the past few years, I have traveled to many counties representing Realtor associations and maintaining the relationships between NAR and other associations,” Takita continued. “I am humbled to announce that I have been appointed to be the NAR 2024 Global Liaison to oversee four NAR Global Committees for the organization’s president. I am looking forward to doing more for our industry, and our country.”
Several other awards were doled out that evening as well, including REALTOR-Broker of the Year, REALTOR-Affiliate of the Year, and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
