As the summer strolls by real estate is an entertaining pastime for all! Inel Williams is a mother of triplets and wife to Joesph Peurring, a well-known businessman from North Central Florida. Inel has had a great passion for investing in real estate for a long while, and has also made a career for herself as a businesswoman, assisted living owner, and an author whose readership is comprised of children, adolescents, and women.

As an immigrant and black Jamaican woman, Inel has reaped the rewards of decades of hard work. She started from humble beginnings in Jamaica, growing up in a very small home in the countryside with a family of eleven. Her father has always told Inel and her siblings that he wants them to make something of themselves. “We don’t have much now, but hard work will get you far. So reach for the stars.”

Seeing her parents live a hard life and struggle to make ends meet, Inel took it upon herself to give her parents a better quality of life as soon as she was able. She has put it upon herself to help out her family both in Jamaica and in the U.S., remembering that God calls us to serve others and thereby improve conditions for everyone. She thanks her father for his guidance and passion in encouraging his children to strive for more, as it has helped her get where she is today.

Decades after taking her father’s advice, she has achieved best-seller status on Amazon, acquired an impressive real estate portfolio, and has succeeded in various other entrepreneurial pursuits. Inel is proud of how far she has come, and for accomplishing the American Dream and more thus far. After spending the past 30 years in the U.S., she shares that success comes from pushing through uncertainty, difficult times, and fatigue. “It can be challenging to continue on in pursuit of your dreams, but you just have to want it,” she says. “Your desires will fuel you to the end, and your efforts will never be in vain.” Inel gives all glory to God. In the end all of her successes are His doing. He is the one who has instilled in her the drive to succeed and to be of help to anyone who can be aided from her achievements.

In 2021, fate intervened during an evening stroll to dinner in Saint Augustine, uniting Inel with Joe in a chance encounter. The connection was instant, as though they have known each other for years. “We had a lot of chemistry,” Inel fondly recalls, describing their serendipitous meeting as the truest case of love at first sight. Despite the distance between them—Joe living in Gainesville at the time—his unwavering commitment was evident as he regularly made the lengthy trip to Miami to visit Inel, a gesture that spoke volumes about his feelings for her. Their engagement in 2022 was celebrated with a joyous gathering of close family and friends, a testament to their shared love for hosting festive occasions. Beyond their love for entertaining, their shared faith serves as the cornerstone of their relationship, with a commitment to putting God first and nurturing open and honest communication through prayer and shared meals.

Throughout her real estate career Inel has invested in homes in prime locations. Her portfolio has consisted of properties located in both Jamaica and the U.S., particularly Florida, both north and south. She is considering investing in homes in Boston in the future. Real estate continues to be one of her greatest passions, and she looks forward to what more the real estate market may have in store.
