With major upscaling operations in the Tar Heel State, we reached out to Alpha Energy’s CEO and Founder, Bryan Jimenez, whose business is installing impactful solar waves as we speak.
As the world continues to use billions of barrels of oil—a massive scale of fossil fuels currently polluting the earth—experts in the field fear it will run out one day. On the other hand, with abundant renewable energy sources like the sun, what would happen if we exchanged our fuel dependence for an existence based solely on solar power?

“We have the sun coming out daily,” shares Alpha Energy CEO and Founder Bryan Jimenez. “It’s something we don’t pay enough attention to as humans. As far as we know, it’s the abundant thing in the universe, yet still, we’re not utilizing its power.”
Why, then, are we still so reliant on installing energy? Is it based on the concept of change, or perhaps because the idea of it steps into an unknown area? NASA has calculated that, on average, “342 watts of solar energy fall upon every square meter of Earth a year—a tremendous 44 quadrillion watts of power, to be exact.”
That’s almost 10,000 times our present needs.
So, could the world be completely reliant on solar energy one day? These tried-and-tested questions are not new; society has pondered how to overcome these earthly challenges for decades.
Providing 100% renewable energy consumption worldwide is naturally a work in progress. It starts with making it accessible and inexpensive to the population.
The good news, however, is that solar power manufacturers and installers are on the rise. You can see the evidence on rooftops and in the desert, where utility-scale solar plants are popping up, hoping they will help lead the transition to a carbon-free future.
And it’s doing so faster than we all expected.
“There’s nothing more powerful than eliminating your carbon footprint,” adds Jimenez. “Humans must take responsibility for protecting the world, not only for ourselves but also for future generations. So, installing a solar system to generate electricity is an excellent way to contribute to this goal.”
Besides, “not only will you be saving tons of carbon, solar energy will allow you to control your consumption and give you the power to save money.”

“I knew there was something else inside of me at the time where I got comfortable, and I didn’t want this. I wanted to get uncomfortable. I want to go out there and live,” says Jimenez.
And so, to continue his drive for global change in 2021, Alpha Energy was born.
“It’s been quite a journey,” he says. “Since then, I’ve been able to develop myself and those around me, which is the powerful thing. As a leader, you build something when you see those around you grow—and that’s how I look at business.”
Since then, the team has aimed to relieve their clients from the burden of traditional energy utilities by shifting away from non-renewable resources and embracing solar energy. “Our goal is to alleviate our nation’s environmental and financial insecurities, paving the way for a more sustainable and secure future,” his website reads.
It’s clear that utilities have not deflated for the past 20 years or are not going to anytime soon. But solar allows you to eliminate inflation. Not to mention, each panel’s lifespan of 40 to 60 years provides a positive durability factor.
“We transition a bill that you already have with a utility company. We then look at your consumption and switch that to solar,” continues Jimenez. “Now, you don’t have to pay for your utilities separately. Instead, you can pay a fixed flat bill that covers the cost of the solar system.”
“This means you are not paying for your electricity but the solar system itself. The focal point is that you can eliminate this cost whenever you want, in 10, 15, 20, or 25 years. Plus, not knowing that you will have to pay bills allows you to focus on your health, spirituality, and growth.”
