After eight years in real estate and more than 140 closed transactions, Aaron Zucker has officially taken the next step in his career, launching his own eXp Realty office in Lynbrook, New York.

Located at 129 Broadway, the new office represents a strategic expansion for Zucker and his growing team. With 17 agents already onboard and production continuing to climb, the focus is clear: build a high-performance environment centered around structure, accountability, and steady growth.

What Drove Zucker Into Real Estate?

Zucker’s path into real estate was driven by a deeper purpose.

“I’ve always been drawn to helping people make big life decisions and build wealth through something tangible,” he says. “Real estate is where relationships and long-term impact come together.”

Like many agents early in their careers, Zucker faced the challenge of inconsistency, something he quickly realized would determine long-term success.

“The biggest shift came when I stopped relying on timing or luck and committed to systems and daily discipline,” he explains.

That commitment led to steady, year-over-year growth. Zucker has closed more than 140 transactions throughout his career, working primarily with buyers and sellers across Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn. His approach combines detailed market knowledge with a focus on client education, helping each transaction stay grounded in informed decisions rather than pressure or urgency.

Why eXp Realty?

His decision to align with eXp Realty was a calculated one.

“I chose eXp because of the flexibility and scalability,” Zucker says. “It allows us to operate lean while focusing on what actually drives growth: production, training, and agent development.”

Unlike many teams that emphasize recruitment volume, Zucker’s model is centered on hands-on mentorship and performance.

“It’s not just about bringing agents in, it’s about developing them through real systems and accountability.”

How Is Zucker Reading the Long Island Market?

Operating in the competitive Long Island market, Zucker sees opportunity in preparation and strategy.

“Inventory is still tight, and buyers are competing for well-priced homes. The difference today comes down to positioning, how deals are structured, timed, and negotiated.”

Looking ahead, Zucker plans to expand both his team and market presence, with additional growth already mapped out over the next several years.

“Opening my own office means taking full ownership of my vision and creating opportunities for others to grow.”
