Recently, she started a foundation called “Save our Daughters” to be there for young women and their education, motivation, and spiritual enlightenment while also modernizing her property management business into asset management.

Not all those who wander are lost is a particular adage that has remained true for years for many professionals and business owners worldwide. Wandering here also means how a few individuals, instead of getting stuck in a particular industry, found newer ways to find more opportunities and create a career that could excel them in multiple ways. The world has seen many professionals in all these years, but a few female professionals and top voices have astonished others with what they have achieved with all that they ever chose to lay their hands on. “In the end, it is all about how determined and committed you are in making a powerful and positive impact on others with your work,” shares Tyraa Nicole Caldwell, a mompreneur who has achieved tremendously so far in her career and who is motivated to achieve so much more.

Tyraa Nicole Caldwell has become synonymous with success in the ever-so-evolving US real estate industry. A passionate talent from Detroit, Michigan, she is a mother to two teenage girls, and she is committed to her vision of seeing young women and children at their best in all walks of life. This has motivated her to start her foundation, “Save our Daughters.”

The much-talked-about business personality who established ‘Tyraa Nicole Property Management’ in 2014 sold it in 2022, and since then has only scaled her business in the world of real estate by revamping and modernizing her property management business into asset management. She is now more focused than ever on the education side of things. She wants to make every possible effort to help other women find their purpose through education, motivation, and spiritual enlightenment.

Her new podcast with a few business partners has turned more heads. She aims to bring in more inspirational stories to ignite motivation in up-and-comers, especially women, to take over their dreams. Tyraa Nicole recalls that four years ago, she started on a spiritual journey, and it was through this she could understand her purpose, which was to find her true self. This spiritual journey led her to her purpose in life.

Today, she is known as a multi-skilled professional who has excelled as an entrepreneur, mentor, real estate broker, property manager, investor, educator, and published author with my book,’ 7 Days of Inspiration to Save our Daughters.’ Thus, she has been a force to be reckoned with, making significant and striking strides in her chosen niches. Even after being a multifaceted personality, she is not the one to rest on her laurels. Instead, she has embarked on new ventures in her career, exuding her passion for upliftment, empowerment, and community welfare. Her real estate brokerage has been restructured as Tyraa Nicole Realtors, which she is looking to grow with its primary objective of empowering women and those supporting women empowerment and real estate education. She has proved her strategic vision and business intelligence by modernizing her business into asset management. Through her company, she helps property owners self-manage their real estate investments.

Tyraa Nicole Caldwell highlights that education remains her main focus, for which she does several courses and classes throughout the year, focusing on real estate education and women’s empowerment. Her incessant hard work, passion, and purpose in life, along with her incredible works, have even featured in top media outlets of the world, cementing her position as an inspirational educator and entrepreneur, among many other things.
