He got his license in 2019 and decided to work with Nayan as a team. Rakesh loves interacting with different communities, building relationships, and is a socialized person which helps him get the trust of the people he works with. He has built a network of professional people such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, insurance teams, and investors which has helped him gain experience in the field.
Nayan and Rakesh have already achieved notable career highlights, such as winning the award from their brokerage and being in the top 10 performers each month. They have also closed over 60+ transactions, including commercial real estate. When asked what advice they would give to someone looking to buy or sell a home in today’s market, they both agreed that now is the best time. They also shared their long-term vision for their real estate business, which is to close at least 75 transactions every year, and that they plan to achieve this by providing 100% client/customer satisfaction.
