KeyCrew Media has added 260 local newspapers and regional news sites to its distribution network. The new partners represent 218 unique cities across 37 states, with coverage that includes Texas, New York, and Florida.

KeyCrew is a real estate intelligence and media company that works with more than 2,000 expert sources across the United States to produce real estate market insights and editorial coverage. With this addition, KeyCrew’s content is now republished and picked up by well over 1,000 downstream publications.

“Our editorial content will now be distributed to an additional 260 local newspapers and local and regional news sites,” said Steve Marcinuk, Co-Founder and CEO of KeyCrew. “It means more value for our clients and editorial sources.”

What the New Partners Will Receive

The 260 publications will receive expert-produced local real estate insights written for their readers. That includes market updates, what is happening in their states and counties, what readers should know about buying or selling a property, and broader news from across the real estate industry.

The content is developed with real estate professionals who work in markets across the country, giving these publications more real estate coverage to share with their communities.

“We’re glad to provide a useful portfolio of real estate content to these publications,” Marcinuk said.

What It Means for KeyCrew’s Expert Sources

KeyCrew’s editorial model is built around interviews with real estate professionals who have firsthand knowledge of their markets. Those interviews become articles that help readers make sense of the market, evaluate investment opportunities, and research new places to live.

For the agents, brokers, and operators who serve as sources, more distribution partners means their insights can reach more readers. According to Marcinuk, the audiences for this content include informed consumers and small business owners across the country.

“For our sources, this means more visibility for the articles we publish and make available to these partners for republication and pickup,” he said.

What It Means for Content Studio Clients

KeyCrew also works with real estate professionals who want to build their visibility through its marketing studio. These clients include individual agents, team leaders, brokerages, new developments, and property technology companies.

Marcinuk said many of these clients come to KeyCrew with two goals: local news coverage and visibility in AI tools. A larger network of local outlets helps support both.

“By having more places to distribute content, we can offer local visibility across more markets,” he said. “That now means additional local coverage across 37 states.”

How Real Estate Professionals Can Get Involved

The expansion follows recent meetings in Washington, D.C., where KeyCrew met with local news organizations from across the country.

Marcinuk said the company is open to hearing from people across the industry who have something useful to share.

“For folks who have meaningful market insights, thought leadership, or announcements in the real estate sector that they want amplified, you should connect with KeyCrew to help get those stories out there,” he said. “That’s what we love doing more than anything else.”

KeyCrew is a Florida-based real estate intelligence and media company that owns and operates digital publications covering the real estate industry. Its expert-sourced reporting is syndicated across more than 1,000 publications, news sites, and media outlets.
