Property businesses often sit between ownership and management, with companies holding assets while separate entities operate businesses from those sites. A director’s role does not by itself show the value of a person’s wider holdings. UK business data also shows the scale of the sectors in which Declan Lohan has worked. In 2024, the Office for National Statistics recorded about 131,000 active property businesses and 203,000 active accommodation and food-services businesses. The two sectors had different business birth rates, at 10.2% for property and 14.9% for accommodation and food services. Lohan’s record covers both areas through a mix of property companies, hospitality businesses and advisory work.

Lohan’s property interests have included residential, commercial and leisure assets, according to his career. The corporate record gives some detail on how those interests were structured. Jadelink UK Limited, incorporated in 2003, is registered under the activity of buying and selling its own real estate. Lohan became a director on March 5, 2003, and remains listed in the company’s public record. Heritage Fine Dining Limited was incorporated in 2002, with Lohan appointed director on May 1 that year. Its filings also show a connection with Lohan Property Limited through ownership. These records place property and hospitality interests within related corporate structures.

The hospitality side also extends back to Lohan’s early pub and leisure interests. He opened An Poitin Still, described as the first traditional-looking Irish pub in Hendon, London, during this period. The pub became very successful, and Lohan sold it in 1998. Lohan later became a director of Beechwood Taverns Ltd in September 2007. The company was incorporated in July that year. He was also associated with Southwold Inns Limited, which formed part of his wider hospitality interests. These businesses add to the record of Lohan’s work across pubs and leisure ventures, rather than a single uninterrupted chain of operating businesses. His documented interests therefore span both early hospitality ventures and later corporate activities.

Property activity continued through newer companies. New Buckenham Property Ltd was incorporated on November 26, 2015, and public records list Lohan, Roche and Devlin as directors and persons with significant control. Each is recorded as holding one ordinary share with a nominal value of £1. The company’s registered office is at Virtuosi House, Unit 1 Focus Business Park, Old Buckenham, Norfolk. Its 2024 financial information reported cash of £40,125 and working capital of about £1 million, according to a commercial database based on company filings. Those figures describe the company rather than Lohan personally. The record shows his continued participation in a jointly owned property company.

Another stage came with Yaxham Road Property Management Company Limited, incorporated in August 2017. Companies House records show Lohan as a person with significant control from August 23, 2017, while later filings record changes in the company’s management. Lohan Property Limited followed in March 2019, with Lohan appointed director on March 15. Companies House records continue to list him in that role. The company’s filing history also shows registered charges created in 2019 and 2020 and later accounts filings. The documents do not reveal the full nature of every underlying property transaction, but they show an ongoing corporate framework for property interests. Logun Investments Limited, another company linked to Lohan, has also remained active and filed annual accounts through 2024.

Hospitality remained part of this network after Lohan’s earlier pub venture. Foundry Inns Limited was incorporated on July 26, 2018, and Companies House lists Lohan as its sole director. Its registered business activity is licensed restaurants. The company remained active, with its latest accounts made up to July 31, 2024. Public records show that it employed 28 people in those accounts and reported total assets of about £243,000 against liabilities of about £266,000. These numbers offer a limited view of one company rather than a measure of Lohan’s total hospitality interests. They also show why corporate records need to be read company by company when assessing a private business career.

From February 2015, Lohan has also been described as a personal adviser to Cerberus European Capital, with work focused on pubs and property. His LinkedIn profile lists Cerberus European Capital as his professional affiliation, while available biographical material identifies the advisory role as separate from his directorships. Taken together, the record shows a professional focus that moved between property ownership structures, hospitality companies and property-related advice. Declan Martin Lohan’s business profile was built across these fields before and alongside his later motorsport activities.
