The perception was that vacant homes signaled desperation to the buyer. Tracey and her friend had a different vision. They decided to transform these vacant homes into inviting, lived-in spaces, which protected the investment and equity of the homeowners.

When she moved back to Texas, she discovered that her real estate-related business required a real estate license. Her initial motivation was pragmatic, but her journey in real estate would become her true calling.
